CONDITION – That the roof of the veranda be covered with a material which compliments the current roof.

Also, the STC would like to point out that the applicant did approach SHDC prior to the original works being carried out, and was later asked for planning permission. The STC would like to request that the SHDC give written confirmation of any discussion regarding construction work when advising that permission is not needed.
