Planning Issues
The current major planning issue is the additional housing to be allocated to Salcombe under the Strategic Housing Plan, this plan lays out the housing to be allocated up to 2016 and then through 2026. South Hams DC have begun a process to decide which sites are to be considered and have contracted the Princes Foundation to assist in the process. We will publish the documentation here in so far as we are able, please read the presentations, if you have questions please call or e-mail the Town Clerk and she will put you in touch with the appropriate Councillor.
