Background Information Concerning The Strategic Housing Plan
A major planning issue is the additional housing allocated to Salcombe under the Strategic Housing Plan, this plan laid out the housing to be allocated up to 2016 and then through to 2026. South Hams DC began a process to decide which sites were to be considered and then contracted the Princes Foundation to assist in the process.
